Return and Exchange Policy

 Order with Confidence! If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item, you may contact us for store credit, refund or exchange. Return item to us within 30 days of receipt in original condition (some conditions apply, see below), and we will promptly refund your money, credit your account or send a replacement product. AClick here for return and exchange form.(Return Form). Please fill out the return section of the form and enclose it with the item you are returning. If you have an exchange for same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping and handling charges will be included. A credit will be issued as soon as we received and process your return. Please follow up two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

Note: Wonderland Lingerie Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages unless insurance is purchased. 

Please check all orders carefully when received.  Any discrepancy in quantities shipped, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 7 days upon receipt. When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the return item.  All items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging.  No claims on used goods!  No returns will be accepted and no credit issued without our prior written consent.  

Upon Receiving Your Order Carton should be checked for damage before signing delivery receipts.Should there be damage or distortion of any kind, write “Damaged Carton” on all delivery receipts before signing.Do not discard damaged cartons as they must be held for inspection purposes.Until requested by the Delivering Carrier, damaged merchandise should not be removed from your location.Please follow above instructions to avoid being liable for damaged merchandise.

 Shipping Damage/Returns If you receive a package  that is damaged, immediately notify your local USPS , Fed Ex, UPS Customer Service for advice.

If you receive a damaged package shipped by USPS, Fed Ex or UPS, notify your Postmaster immediately. Have the Postmaster acknowledge the report in writing. Return the damaged item with a letter of explanation, the Postmaster’s report and a copy of your invoice.

Return the package prepaid and insured (sorry, we cannot accept COD’s)

Adult Intimate Item Policy : Sex Toys, Lubes, Oils, & Similar Items Are Not Returnable For Any Reason. All Electrical Items Are Functionally Tested Prior To Shipment. Please Contact The Manufacturer For Warranty Coverage.
Please note: During Holiday & Seasonal Sales time we do not accept any returns for items (such as Halloween or Christmas goods). Only store credit can be issued.
